A expectativa em torno do nome que vai assumir a vaga de Teori Zavascki no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) é grande. Mas há uma semelhança entre os favoritos ao cargo: eles possuem posições comuns com as do governo federal.
De acordo com a Folha de S.Paulo, o grande favorito ao posto é o ministro Ives Gandra Filho (na foto ao lado de Temer), presidente do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (TST). Ives articulou a reforma trabalhista que o governo Temer tenta estabelecer no país.
Outro cotado é o ministro João Otávio Noronha, do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ). Ele é algoz de Lula e Dilma, pois atacou os governos petistas em diversas ocasiões e ainda sugeriu a renúncia de Rousseff durante o processo de impeachment. Além disso, Noronha é defensor da reforma trabalhista e previdenciária do governo Temer.
Outro nome que tem força, segundo a Folha, é o da juíza Isabel Gallotti, também do STJ. Ela, que é filha e neta de ex-ministros do STF e esposa de ministro do TCU, já relatou no tribunal decisões favoráveis a previdência privada e se mostrou contra o repasse de benefícios de pessoas que processam entidades.
Mas se a escolha for feita com base em um nome que seja bom para o meio jurídico e ao mesmo tempo não levante suspeitas no avanço da Lava Jato, o ministro Luis Felipe Salomão, do STJ, tem força. Ele é considerado um magistrado técnico.
Com menos força que os demais, mas esperançoso por estar dentro do governo e ser, tecnicamente, um nome de confiança de Temer, está o ministro da Justiça, Alexandre de Moraes.
